Robert Doughman

Robert Doughman served in the United States Air Force from January 2007 to April 2015, taking on roles such as Supervisor of Helicopter Maintenance and Product Improvement Manager in the Technical Order Distribution Office. Following military service, Robert worked at Amazon Web Services as an Engineering Operations Technician II from March 2015 to November 2016. Subsequently, Robert joined Meta, where positions held included Data Center Critical Facility Engineer and Data Center Critical Facility Manager from December 2016 to October 2017, and later Lead Building Engineer in Rosemount, Minnesota, and Facility Operations Process Lead in the Bend, Oregon Area from May 2023 to April 2025. Robert earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Aviation Maintenance Technology from the Community College of the Air Force (2007-2012) and an Associate of Science (A.S.) in General Studies from Georgia Military College (2012-2014).
