Robert Gibby, PhD, is an experienced professional in the field of people analytics and talent management, currently serving as the Director of People Analytics at Meta. In previous roles, Robert held significant leadership positions at IBM, including Chief Talent Scientist and Leader of Global Selection and Assessment. Prior to that, Robert worked at Procter & Gamble as Senior Manager in various areas of Human Resources, including Global Business Services, Research and Analytics, and Employee and Organization Research and Sensing, as well as serving as an intern in Personnel Research. Robert earned a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a Master of Arts in the same field from Bowling Green State University.
