Sarah Main

Sarah Main is an accomplished professional in human resources and people operations with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving in Human Resources at Meta since 2021, Sarah previously held the role of Vice President of People at BH Cosmetics from 2019 to 2021, where responsibilities included leading global people functions and implementing organizational change initiatives. Prior to that, Sarah was Head of Employee Experience, Culture, Diversity & Employer Brand at GoTo, managing a global team to integrate company values. Earlier roles include People Operations, Communications & Business Relations at Curvature and Brand Director positions at BluePrint Cleanse and Main Public Relations & Consulting. Sarah began a career in marketing and client relations at Worldwide Marketing & Media Group after earning a B.A. in Political Science & Marketing from UC Santa Barbara.
