Shadi Copty is a seasoned professional in the tech industry, currently serving as Sr Director of Business Engineering at Meta since November 2021, where leadership of a talented team drives customer success through technical innovation. As the founder of Minorio, a non-profit organization established in July 2024, Shadi influences pre-industry engineers by facilitating their involvement in high-profile open source projects. Additionally, Shadi serves as an Advisory Board Member for Elah Fund I, L.P., offering insights on technology, AI, and digital marketing strategies. Previously, Shadi held several significant roles at IBM from February 2001 to November 2021, including Vice President of Product Management for IBM Data & AI, where oversight of various data middleware products occurred.
