Steven Tilston

Steven Tilston is an accomplished analytics and data science executive with extensive experience in leading analytics teams and strategies. Currently serving as VP of Analytics at Meta since May 2025, Tilston previously held the role of Chief Marketplace & Data Officer at AVIV Group from December 2021 to March 2025. During a significant tenure at Expedia Group from October 2013 to December 2021, Tilston advanced through roles including SVP of Analytics & Data Science, where responsibilities included managing a global team of over 300 professionals and leading data strategy, as well as VP of Analytics & Revenue Management, overseeing lodging pricing across a vast portfolio. Earlier career experience includes a Senior Consultant position at CVA, focusing on business analysis, client engagement, and training junior staff. Steven Tilston holds a MEng in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford.
