Marcelo III Alejo has a diverse range of work experience in technical support and engineering roles. Marcelo III then joined goFLUENT as a Level 2 Application Support specialist in 2020, analyzing logs and performing user acceptance testing. From 2021 to 2022, Marcelo worked as a Level 3 Technical Customer Support Representative at Bolton International, providing high-level technical assistance and researching resolutions to emerging issues. Most recently, Marcelo served as a Senior Technical Support Professional at Honeywell, where they were responsible for analyzing and solving complex technology platform-related problems, managing service interruptions, and acting as an incident and problem manager. Marcelo is currently working as a Support Engineer at Metaco.

Marcelo III Alejo's education history begins in 2010 when they enrolled at the FEU Institute of Technology. Marcelo III pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with specialization in Software Engineering and completed their studies in 2012.
