MetaCompliance are the European leader in cybersecurity awareness, specialising in providing cutting-edge solutions for businesses. Our innovative platform personalises training and drives real behavioural change, enhancing cybersecurity awareness of employees across all organisations in our customer base.

As a rapidly scaling SaaS business (growing at +30% annually) we are looking to grow our international SDR Teams, in UK, Portugal, Denmark and Germany.

In this role it is on you to work towards building a healthy pipeline. To help with this we will ensure our SDR “Bootcamp” prepares you for every aspect of the role. We have also invested in leading tech stack Salesforce, SalesNav, Gong, Cognisim and Zoom Info. and we provide a nurturing learning environment to help you achieve your goals and drive high performing teams within MetaCompliance.

Our plan is to grow the business by an additional £40+ million ARR in the next financial year, your role is make as many lasting connections with key decision makers across multiple industries.

Germany is a key market for this planned European growth. Our operational language is English, therefore shortlisting criteria will include the ability to speak fluently in BOTH German and English languages. 

Using all the mediums (call, email, chat) and materials available to you, to deliver strong messaging and pitch MetaCompliance as the provider of choice.

Once you have secured the meeting, collaboration with AE’s is key to ensure a smooth handover and enable them to tailor content that resonates with the prospects mission and pain points.
