Stephanie Ito

Stephanie Ito is the current Chief Operating Officer at MetaLab, a digital product design agency. Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in operations and leadership roles in various companies.

Stephanie started their career in 1993 as a Sales Assistant at RE/MAX, and later became the Sales Operations Manager at Pivotal Corporation in 1997. There, Stephanie was responsible for executive sales support and coordinated sales incentive programs and training for new sales employees. In 2001, Stephanie left Pivotal Corporation to join Blast Radius as their Vice President of Operations.

At Blast Radius, Stephanie was responsible for operational leadership of the integrated digital agency. This included budget planning, managing costs, forecasting revenue and maximizing operating profit. Stephanie also collaborated with HR and Recruiting to prioritize hiring requirements and identify and retain the best talent. In 2015, Stephanie took on responsibility of the day-to-day management of the Vancouver office location which included facilities management, vendor negotiations, sub-tenant management and an office move. Stephanie remained with Blast Radius until 2016 when they joined MetaLab as their COO.

Stephanie Ito pursued a management and commerce education at McGill University and CEGEP - John Abbott College.
