Georgia Rakusen

Georgia Rakusen is a seasoned UX researcher with extensive experience in the web3 and crypto sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Staff UX Researcher at MetaMask, Georgia influences the strategic direction of the leading web3 wallet through discovery user research. As a Co-Founder of OpenUX, a collective dedicated to user-centricity in the web3 space, Georgia leads bespoke research initiatives and provides coaching and training. Additionally, Georgia holds a board position at the Web3 Creatives Foundation, supporting user testing platforms for web3 users. Previous roles include User Research Lead at ConsenSys and Senior User Researcher at MOO, among others. Georgia's educational background includes a BA Hons in English Literature from Newcastle University and various training in digital innovation and film production.
