Roy Sorensen, MSc.

Roy Sorensen is currently serving as the Senior Laboratory Director-National at Method Testing Laboratories, overseeing laboratory operations and administration in Florida and Massachusetts. Previously, Roy has held positions such as CEO at OnPoint Laboratories, where Roy obtained ISO 17025 accreditation and AZ DHS approvals, and Analytical Lab Director at Copperstate Farms, where Roy developed laboratory operations for a large cultivation facility. With a background in biotechnology, Roy has also worked as a Lead Analytical Chemist at MedMen, managing internal lab processes, developing analytical methods, and optimizing sampling protocols. Prior to their industry roles, Roy worked as a Lab Manager at the University of Nevada Reno and as an Analytical Chemist at Kultevat, LLC. Roy holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Nevada, Reno.
