Damien Coltey has extensive experience in strategic planning and business development within the healthcare industry. Damien is currently working as the System Vice President of Strategy and Planning at Methodist Health System, where they lead system-wide strategic planning and key initiatives. Prior to this, Damien served as the Enterprise Director of Strategic Planning at Atrium Health, where they were responsible for the development and management of service line and market initiatives. Damien also worked as the System Strategy Manager at Orlando Health, where they managed various strategy initiatives and led business development activities. Earlier in their career, Damien was the Director of Physician Network Development at Indian River Medical Center, where they implemented strategic physician practice integration and recruited physicians.
