Evan Crowe

Evan Crowe is an Associate Research Engineer at Metis Technology Solutions, Inc., engaged in experimental studies of launch acoustics at NASA Ames Research Center since September 2022. Previously, Evan served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where a new channel flow facility for particle-laden turbulent flows was developed from August 2019 to July 2022. Earlier experiences include positions as a Student Research Assistant at the Turbine Aerothermodynamics Lab at Ohio State University, an Engineering Co-Op with Siemens Energy, an intern at CAL Analytics, and a Co-Op specializing in medical device testing at Element Materials Technology, cumulatively contributing to a robust background in aerospace and aeronautical engineering. Evan obtained a Master of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from The Ohio State University.
