Adina Murariu

Adina Murariu currently serves as the Head of Service Operations at MetLife, where responsibilities include leading underwriting, customer service, policy owner services, and claims departments with a focus on digitalization and customer-centric strategies. Previously, Adina was a Partner at Lleida.net, concentrating on expanding the company into the financial services market with innovative legal tech solutions. As COO at easySales, efforts were directed towards business growth, performance culture, and international expansion. A substantial tenure at NN saw Adina as Operations & Customer Services Director, managing a team serving over 2.5 million customers. Early career experience includes multiple roles at ING Romania, culminating in Deputy Director of Operations, overseeing back-office functions for life insurance. Adina's academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations from Academia de Studii Economice din București and a prior degree in Mathematics and Physics from BP Hasdeu College Buzau.
