Energize Your Career: Are you ready to be at the forefront of the clean energy revolution?  MetOx International, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer II to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in reshaping the future of power generation and distribution 

Based at our global headquarters in Houston, TX, the Process Engineer II designs and develops a continuous manufacturing process along with the layout and equipment for the facility. This includes creating and setting specifications, measurements, developing, implementing, and monitoring this equipment as part of the manufacturing system.  The position reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Technology Strategy. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Process Design & Optimization: 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize new and existing processes. 

  • Utilize statistical tools and methodologies to interpret data and make data-driven decisions for process optimization. 

  • Implement innovative solutions to optimize production processes and reduce operational costs. 

  • Conduct process simulations and analyses to identify areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement. 

  • Find root causes for process problems 

  • Evaluate and address challenges associated with scaling processes, ensuring seamless transitions and maintaining product quality. 

  • Documentation: 

  • Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), process flow diagrams, and batch records. 

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, and contribute to the development of quality management systems. 

  • Other duties as assigned. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in materials engineering, or related field 

  • 2 years of relevant work experience 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Prior experience in materials manufacturing organization 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: 

  • High degree of professionalism and attention to detail. 

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 

  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
