Helga Kaszas has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Helga began their career at Brunswick Bowling Products LLC as an Executive Manager Assistant, where they supported the MD and management team and was recognized for their work on the Y2K-project. Helga then joined Philips Assembly Centre Hungary as an HR generalist, where they gained experience in SAP implementation and various HR responsibilities. Helga later worked at Musashi as an HR Manager before joining Eurest Hungary as a Human and Organizational Development Manager, where they focused on HR activities and Organization Development. Helga eventually became the Director of HR at Eurest Hungary, responsible for the complex HR function of the company. Afterward, Helga joined Vodafone as a Learning Development Manager before their current role as the People & Culture Director at METRO Magyarország. Throughout their career, Helga has demonstrated a strong background in human resources management, organization development, marketing, and communication.

Helga Kaszas obtained a Master's Degree in Supervision and Coaching from Károli Gáspár Református Egyetem in the years 2013-2015. Prior to that, they earned an MBA in HR from Corvinus University of Budapest from 2005-2007. Helga also completed a master's degree in HR from an unspecified institution from 1998-2000. Their undergraduate education was at Nyugat-Magyarországi Egyetem, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in German from 1992-1996.
