Michael Tillman has over two decades of experience in public safety and emergency services. As Vice President of Metro Paramedic Services, Inc., Norcomm Public Safety Communications, Inc., and Paramedic Billing Services, Inc. since March 2003, Michael has also served as Interim Director of Operations for these organizations. Prior to this role, Michael was Executive Director of Norcomm Public Safety Communications, Inc. from June 2007 to May 2011 and Director of Communications for the Franklin Park Police and Fire Department's 911 Center from March 2003 to December 2007. Michael's career began as a 911 Telecommunicator for the Melrose Park Police and Fire Department, followed by a position as a Police Officer with the Village of Melrose Park. Michael holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Triton College and has furthered education at Jacksonville State University from 2006 to 2009.
