Charlotte Serme

Charlotte Serme has a diverse work experience in the mental health and social services field. Charlotte is currently employed as a Qualified Mental Health Professional at Metrocare Services since 2022. Previously, they worked as a Program Therapist at Millwood Hospital in 2021, where they were responsible for the intake process and facilitated group therapy and coping skills sessions. Charlotte is bilingual in French and English. From 2018 to 2019, Charlotte worked as a Man Shelter Case Manager at Presbyterian Night Shelter, where they provided case management activities and connected guests with resources to improve their housing and income situations. Prior to that, they worked as a Home Health Caregiver at Caring Senior Service from 2016 to 2018, assisting individuals with mental health and intellectual disabilities with daily activities, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
