Daron Buol

Daron Buol has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Daron began their career as an Investment Assistant at Farmers State Bank in 2005, where they maintained a database and worked with customers on investment transactions. Daron then joined Rockwell Collins in 2007, starting as a Sr. Engineering Project Assistant and later transitioning to a Product Cost Analyst. At Rockwell Collins, Daron managed project schedules, coordinated inter-departmentally, and led certification activities for multiple aircraft programs.

In 2012, Daron became an Arbonne Independent Consultant, where they built positive relationships with clients and listened to their needs and stories. Daron then worked at Metrocare Services as a Respite/Habilitation Care Provider, providing care for special needs children and working on their specific habilitation goals.

In 2016, Daron also worked at J.O. Combs Unified School District as a Paraprofessional/Teacher Substitute, managing special education students and their integration into general education classrooms. Additionally, they joined Slate Wine Bar + Bistro as a Host/Server Assistant/Server, managing reservations, delivering food and beverages, and taking orders.

More recently, Daron joined Azmark Aero Systems in 2018 as an Account Manager and later became an Estimate Coordinator. In these roles, they communicated with customers, reviewed and updated customer orders, and planned and coordinated customer orders. Throughout their work experience, Daron has developed skills in customer service, project management, and team coordination.

Daron Buol pursued higher education starting in 2005 at Kaplan University-Cedar Rapids Campus. Daron graduated in 2007 with an Associate of Applied Studies degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Later, from 2011 to 2015, Daron attended the University of Iowa, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Studies degree with a focus on Human Relations.
