Spike Yen

Spike Yen is an experienced professional in health insurance operations, currently serving as the Director of Product Enrollment at MetroPlusHealth since February 2024. Previously, Spike held the position of Director of Membership Operations at VNS Health and managed Operational Alignment, Compliance, and Project Management at Oscar Health. With a strong background in operational strategy and regulatory compliance, Spike has led teams in enhancing service operations and ensuring alignment with regulations while supporting a member base of over 1 million. Earlier experience at EmblemHealth included roles such as Vendor Operations Knowledge Manager and Lead Regulatory Complaint Specialist, where Spike oversaw compliance and process improvement initiatives.
