Milind Balid

Milind Balid has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. In their most recent position at Metropolis Healthcare, they worked as the Head of Customer Service and previously as the Regional Head. Prior to that, they were the City Head at MediBuddy, where they built and managed diagnostics operations for the West region. Milind also worked as the Deputy City Manager at Zoylo Digihealth Pvt Ltd, where they established the sales operation for Mumbai and Pune. Milind Balid completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration/Management from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended the University of Mumbai from 2010 to 2013, although their specific degree and field of study are unknown. In terms of additional certifications, Milind obtained a healthcare kaizen: Continuous improvement certification from Udemy in 2020 and a COVID19 Operational guidelines and country preparedness and response certification from the World Health Organization in April 2020.
