Mna Andy Nordstrom

Andy Nordstrom, MNA has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, with roles in various organizations. Andy began their career as a Grants and Research Associate at Grosse Ile Township in 1999. Andy then worked as a Free-lance Grant Writer at AJN Consulting from 2001 to 2003. Nordstrom served as a Development Consultant at Whitcomb Associates, Inc. from 2002 to 2004.

In 2004, Nordstrom joined the Infant Welfare Society of Chicago as a Development Associate, where they worked until 2006. Andy then served as an Institutional Development Officer at the American Cancer Society from 2006 to 2012. In 2010, they also took on the role of Adjunct Faculty at North Park University from 2010 to 2012.

Nordstrom's career continued with a position as the Chief Development Officer at Albany Park Community Center from 2012 to 2013. Andy then worked as the Director of Development at the American Osteopathic Association from 2014 to 2015. Nordstrom also served as a Foster Parent at Children's Home & Aid from 2014 to 2019.

Currently, Nordstrom is employed at Metropolitan Family Services. Andy held the position of Director of Grants and Foundations from 2015 until 2020 when they were promoted to the role of Senior Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations.

Andy Nordstrom, MNA attended Grosse Ile High School, where they completed their high school education. Andy then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science/ Public Administration from The University of Toledo, completing their studies around 2001. Afterward, they went on to obtain a Master of Nonprofit Administration (MNA) from North Park University, completing their degree in 2008.
