David Farber's earlier roles include General Counsel positions at the City of New York’s Department of Small Business Services and Department of Employment, as well as counsel at the New York City Economic Development Corporation and the New York City Law Department. David Farber's legal career began as an Associate Attorney in the music industry law firm Epstein, Levinsohn and Weinstein and as a Litigation Associate at Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP. Educational credentials include a JD from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and a BA from Brandeis University, with additional studies at Hamilton College in Paris.
