Mersida Ibric

Mersida Ibric, MPA, is an accomplished professional currently serving as Chief People Officer and Deputy Chief Administrative Officer at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority since January 2022. In addition, Mersida holds a position as a Board Member at Modali Consulting since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy Commissioner and Chief Diversity Officer at the NYC Department of Citywide Administrative Services from January 2016 to January 2022, and various positions at the Mayor's Office of Contract Services, City of New York from 2008 to January 2016. Mersida began a career in education as Senior Manager at the New York Hall of Science from September 2002 to October 2007. Mersida holds a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Queens College.
