Anthony J. Varamo

Anthony J. (Tony) Varamo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in workforce development and training across various industries. Currently serving as Workforce Development Manager at MetroPower since February 2009, Varamo manages recruitment and apprenticeship programs while collaborating with senior leadership to address workforce optimization. Previously, Varamo held the position of Training Coordinator at the Technical College System of Georgia, where training packages for technical and soft skills were developed for various industries. With experience as Project Manager and Training Coordinator at Alcon, Varamo oversaw teams in production environments and ensured compliance with quality standards.
