Deniz Kalfa

Deniz KALFA has a strong background in software engineering and development. They started their career in 2006 as a Web Application Developer at Last Digital Technology. They then worked as a Software Developer at Sony from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, Deniz joined Vodafone as a Software Developer and later became a Software Developer Specialist. In 2012, they moved to BSkyB as a Senior Software Engineer and stayed there until 2015. Deniz then joined NET-A-PORTER as a Senior Software Engineer for the CMS Project from 2015 to 2018. They continued their career at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP as a Senior Software Engineer for the Payments Project from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Deniz is working at Mettle as the Backend Chapter Lead and Senior Software Engineer.

Deniz KALFA completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Marmara Üniversitesi from 2002 to 2007, with a GPA of 3.23/4. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2002, Deniz attended ÇFL, although the field of study is unspecified. In addition, Deniz has obtained three certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS): AWS Certified Developer - Associate (DVA) in October 2019, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA) in September 2019, and AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate (SOA) in September 2019.
