Vartika Mehar

Vartika Mehar is an experienced HR professional with extensive expertise in human resource management and diversity and inclusion leadership. Currently serving as HR Head for Commercial & Support Functions and D&I Lead at Legrand since April 2016, Vartika also holds the role of AVP and Entity HR Head for IndoAsian & Adlec, as well as HR Lead for Sales and Group India Functions. Prior to Legrand, Vartika was General Manager and Head HR at Sunjewels Group, and held various HR roles at Unilever, Emerson Network Power, and AstraZeneca, demonstrating a strong background in talent management, learning and development, and HR project analysis. Vartika holds a Master's degree in Management Studies with a focus on Human Resources from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the Institute of Chemical Technology.
