José Carlos

Leader Customer Experience at meutudo.

José Carlos has worked for five different companies over the past eight years. In 2022, they began working for meutudo. as a Leader Customer Experience. From 2017 to 2016, they worked for Central de Relacionamento com Clientes - CRC as a Coordenador de operações, Supervisor de Operações II, Supervisor de operações, and Recuperador de crédito. In 2016, they worked for CobCred as a Recuperador de credito. From 2014 to 2014, they worked for CIEE - Centro de Integração Empresa-Escola as a Digitador and for Beach Park Hotéis e Turismo S/A as an Instrutor Sr.

José Carlos is currently a student at UniAteneu - Centro Universitário, where they are pursuing a degree in Processos Gerenciais. In 2022, they completed a complementary course in Administration and Negócios at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. José Carlos also attended EEM DOM ALOISIO LORSCHEIDER. In 2015, they obtained a certification in Informática Avançada from Microsoft.
