Josivania Sousa has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Josivania began their career as an Auxiliary Administrator at SEMAM Engenharia Industrial in 2011. Josivania then moved to FortBrasil as a Credit Recovery in 2013. In 2019, they joined Concentrix as an Agent of Customer Service, providing customer service by phone, email, chat, WhatsApp and ticket. Josivania also provided support for any questions regarding the use of products and services, as well as pre-qualification and qualification of LEADS. Finally, in 2021, they began working as a Trainee Customer Experience at meutudo.

Josivania Sousa graduated from Unifametro in 2017 with a degree in Gestão de Recursos Humanos (Human Resources Management). Josivania began their studies in 2015.
