Larissa Simões has been working in customer success since 2021, when they joined meutudo. Prior to that, they worked at Telefónica, where they held the role of Atendimento experiência do cliente from 2018.

Larissa Simões has a background in Aviation. Larissa completed an Agente de aeroporto degree from Interline Aviation in 2018. Larissa is currently pursuing a Comissario de Bordo degree from Interline Aviation in the field of Aviation Civil. Additionally, they are expected to obtain a CCT certification from ANAC - Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil in February 2022.
