Adam Evans is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in gaming systems support and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Application Support Engineer at MGM Resorts International since October 2022, Adam leads the support and installation of gaming systems enterprise-wide, focusing on slots systems with SAS and G2S protocols. Prior roles include Systems Support Manager at Playtech where responsibilities included managing a team for international customer-facing support, and a Systems Engineer IV at IGT, where Adam executed complex installations across North America and LATAM. With over 15 years at IGT, experience spans system installations, support, and mentoring less experienced engineers, complemented by a solid educational background from Our Lady's R.C. High School.
