Patrick Reive has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Patrick started their career at WellCare Health Plans as a Member Engagement Representative in September 2013. Later, they worked as an Appeals Coordinator and Senior Appeals Coordinator, where they handled health service appeals and resolved member appeals by coordinating with various departments.
In 2016, Patrick joined MHK, where they held various roles. Initially, they served as a Product SME and Solutions Consultant, responsible for implementing large and complex clients. Patrick successfully implemented a national level health plan, resulting in efficiency gains and cost savings. Patrick then moved on to become a Product Manager, leading strategic planning and overseeing projects for multiple clients. Patrick also participated in RFPs and system demonstrations.
Currently, Patrick holds the position of Vice President, Client Success at MHK, where they are involved in managing client relationships and ensuring their success.
Patrick Reive attended the University of South Florida from 2004 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs. In June 2020, they obtained a certification in the Hearst Leadership Development Program from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning.
