Vig Ponnusamy

Vig Ponnusamy serves as MHK’s Chief Technology Officer. He is responsible for leading MHK’s architecture development, cloud infrastructure, and IT Operations teams focused on building an innovative, scalable, secure platform to meet client needs.

Before co-founding MHK, Vig was a lead architect at WellCare where he designed technical solutions for medical management & provider portals. He has more than 20 years of healthcare IT experience focusing on architecting solutions for various functions such as claims, medical management, and integration with third-party systems of large health plans, and has held various management and leadership positions at other health plans, including Oxford Health Plans and United Healthcare.

Vig holds a Master of Science in Applied Sciences from Anna University in Chennai, India.
