Jonathan Smith

Jonathan Smith started their work experience in 2006 as a Business Manager at Capita Group PLC. Jonathan worked there until 2011. In 2012, they joined Midland HR as a Consultancy Manager and stayed with the company until 2017. Then, they joined MHR as the Head of Service Management from 2017 to 2022. From 2022 onwards, they held the role of Head of Commercial at MHR.

Jonathan Smith earned a Master of Arts degree in HR & Industrial Relations from Keele University between 1995 and 1997.
