Steph Pollard has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Steph started their career as a Telephone Debt Negotiator at direct legal & collections, where they assisted in providing debt management services. Steph then worked as an HR Officer at Travis Perkins, gaining experience in HR operations and various departments. Following this, they joined Brady Corporation as an EMEA HRSS/HRIS Specialist, where they maintained data integrity of the global HR system and provided technical support for HR processes. Currently, Steph is working at MHR as the Head of HCM Practice, where they oversee strategic services and manages HR consultancy projects. Overall, Steph has a strong background in HR and consultancy roles, with a focus on HRIS and strategic services.

Steph Pollard completed their A-Levels in Psychology, Business Studies, and Biology at Magdalen College School from 2001 to 2008. Steph then attended the University of Surrey from 2008 to 2012, where they earned their BSc in Business Management with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In 2013, they took a course in Business Process Analysis, Innovation, and Design at The George Washington University. Later, in 2014 and 2015, they pursued a CIPD Diploma in HR Management at DPG, specializing in Human Resources Management.
