Isabel Soto Wallace, MBA, is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in business development, project management, and policy implementation. Currently serving as the Houston Hub Manager and Business Unit Manager at MIGSO-PCUBED since September 2018, Isabel leads strategic initiatives to enhance brand awareness and market presence. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Business Development at NVS Corporate Services Inc., where Isabel achieved ISSA CIMS Certification, and as a Political Appointee at the U.S. Department of Education, contributing to educational strategies for foster youth. Isabel also holds extensive legislative experience, having served in various capacities within the Texas House of Representatives and the Texas Senate.
