Marc Gorman

Marc Gorman is a skilled delivery manager currently working at MI-GSO | PCUBED since May 2023, with extensive experience in health and project management. Previously, at NHS Dorset from September 2016 to May 2023, Marc held several key positions, including Interim Head of Strategy and Assurance and Head of Programme for Outpatient Transformation, and was involved in leading the establishment of NHS Provider Collaboratives. Additional roles included governance and assurance leadership for the Mass Vaccination Programme and operational lead for the COVID-19 Incident Coordination Centre. Prior to NHS Dorset, Marc served as PMO Lead at Plymouth City Council and gained foundational experience at Legacy Hotels & Resorts Ltd. Marc holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Coastal Engineering from the University of Plymouth and an APM Foundation project management qualification.
