Plancherel Thierry

Plancherel Thierry has extensive experience in the poultry processing industry, currently serving as Chef de Processus Transformation at Micarna SA since April 2008, overseeing packaging, production of processed products, and frozen product valorization. In previous roles at Micarna SA, Plancherel was responsible for managing chicken slaughter and evisceration operations, as well as leading the production of processed products, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety while supervising teams of up to 80 employees. Additional experience includes roles as Responsable produit frais at Migros NE/FR and various positions in sales and apprenticeships at Boucherie Léon Ayer SA and Boucherie Clerc. Plancherel is currently pursuing a Leadership certificate from SVF Schweizerische Vereinigung für Führungsausbildung and has obtained a competency certificate in animal welfare management in slaughterhouses from Avipole formation.
