Frank Terak is Senior Vice President and Federal Markets Lead for Michael Baker International. He is the key leader in the development, evaluation and identification of clients and business opportunities in the Defense market.

Mr. Terak’s extensive experience – spanning 30 years – includes providing services to the United States Army Corps of Engineers with specialization in military construction, geotechnical engineering, remedial investigation and design, as well as solid and hazardous waste management. Previously, Mr. Terak was responsible for all business development and sales related to Michael Baker International’s Department of Defense (DOD) Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Initiative. In addition, he has served as Account Manager for numerous public and private clients including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District; U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District; the Bayer Corporation, FMC Corporation, General Electric; Avery Dennison, and BP Oil.

Mr. Terak holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
