Larry Basiaga

Larry Basiaga, PMP, CSCP, is an experienced Senior Managing Consultant and Project Manager at Michael Shannon Consulting LLC since January 2021, specializing in Acquisition Program Management and Systems Development Life Cycle for the Department of Defense. As a founding partner of the National Online Insurance School since 2008, Larry also provided expertise as a Principal Consultant with Artlin Consulting, LLC from 2015 to July 2020. Prior roles include Managing Consultant/Project Manager at IBM Corporation from 2004 to September 2013, delivering Business Transformation and Change Management projects within the Department of Defense, and Director of Information and Investment Analysis at the National Association of Small Business Investment Companies. Larry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Finance/Economics from Indiana University Bloomington.
