Brendan Arce

Brendan Arce is an Associate Engineer at Michaels Energy, focusing on field support and building energy analysis since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a SEM Data Intern and SEM Program Intern at CLEAResult, where Brendan specialized in data analysis and energy usage insights. Leadership capabilities were demonstrated as the Mechanical and Plumbing Team Lead and Photovoltaic and Electrical Team Lead during participation in the Illinois Solar Decathlon, where Brendan oversaw system design and analysis for innovative energy-efficient projects. Brendan began a professional journey in customer service as a Sales Floor Team Member at Target and has a background in maintenance from a summer position at CENTER CASS SD 66. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural & Biological Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
