Allison Torry

Allison Torry is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at The Michaels Companies, Inc. since July 2020, Allison previously held positions as a Human Resources Generalist and Talent Acquisition Specialist/HR/Admin Assistant at Eiffage Canada, where support was provided to the Human Resources Manager in the Heavy Civil Construction industry. As a Human Resources Coordinator at Top Quality Recruitment (TQR), responsibilities included full cycle recruitment and the creation of training programs. Early career experiences included roles at Mademoiselle Fitness, where Allison progressed from Assistant Manager to various positions focusing on member relations and sales. Education was completed at Sheridan College, earning a Three Year Advanced Diploma in Business Administration - Human Resources Management with High Honours. Additionally, Allison has been a member of the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association since April 2017.
