Sona Bellur

Sona Bellur currently serves as the Technology Director at The Michaels Companies, Inc., where management of back-end engineering teams has led to the successful launch of a modern E-Commerce platform on Google Cloud, along with significant infrastructure modernization initiatives across various systems. Previous experience includes positions at IBM and Atos, where Sona directed transformation strategies to enhance patient care and operational performance for a major public hospital in Dallas and managed critical 24x7 application migrations. Sona's early career at Lennox involved leading a substantial project to improve the scalability of a core SAP ERP system. Sona holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from the University of Mysore and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Physics from Bangalore University.
