Cara Cornelius has extensive work experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. Cara started their career at AlliedSignal as a Co-op/Intern from 1995 to 1998. Cara then joined Milliken & Company in 1999 and held various roles as an Industrial Engineer and Supply Chain Manager until 2006. Cara then moved on to TCI Tire Centers LLC, where they worked from 2006 to 2012. During their time at TCI, they served as Director of Logistics, Director of Supply Chain Distribution Division, and finally as Sr. Director of Supply Chain & Logistics, where they created and managed a department supporting multiple distribution and servicing centers. Since 2012, Cara has been with Michelin, where they have held several roles, including European Logistics, Vice President of Customer Service for North America, Director of Wholesale & Car Dealer Channels, and currently, they serve as the VP Americas Michelin Experiences Division, overseeing the Michelin Guide, Robert Parker Wine Advocate, and Licensing.
Cara Cornelius completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University, where they studied from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1994 to 1996, but it is not specified whether they completed a degree or field of study at this institution.
In addition to their formal education, Cara Cornelius obtained a certification of being B2 Certified in French from the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) in April 2014.
