Dale Bloemker

Dale Bloemker is a Project Engineering Manager at Michelin, leading a team of engineers for capital and process improvement projects. Previously, Dale was a Consulting Project Engineer at Ingredient Masters Inc., providing engineering services for special powder batching equipment. Dale also co-founded Job Search Learning Labs and served as a Co-Founder and Logistics Director. With a background in Industrial Engineering, Dale has held various management roles at companies like EMD Chemicals and American Laundry Machinery Inc. Dale holds an MBA in Finance from Xavier University and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
