Justin Cole

Justin Cole is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Business Unit Leader at Michelin since November 2021, Justin previously held positions as Plant Superintendent and Production Supervisor at Magna International from October 2018 to November 2021. Earlier roles include Production Supervisor at ZF Group from February 2015 to October 2018. Justin Cole also holds a certification in Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Machinist Technology from Piedmont Technical College.
