Victoria Knight

Victoria Knight is a skilled professional with a diverse background in community solutions, grievance management, and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Community Solutions Coordinator at Michigan Humane since January 2024, Victoria previously held the position of Grievance and Appeals Coordinator at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan from November 2021 to December 2023. Victoria's experience also includes editing medical reports at Axiom Evaluations, facilitating writing programs as a Summer Programs Intern at 826michigan, and technical writing at DTE Energy. Victoria began a career in hospitality at Deadwood Bar & Grill and gained initial experience at AMC Theatres. A graduate of Wayne State University, Victoria earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Economics in 2018.
