Elinor Jordan currently serves as the Managing Attorney at the Michigan Immigrant Rights Center since January 2022. Previously, Elinor held the position of Lead Attorney for the Survivor Law Project at the Michigan Coalition to End Domestic and Sexual Violence from February 2017 to January 2022. Elinor also worked as the Supervising Attorney for the Immigration Clinic and as an Adjunct Professor at Michigan State University from October 2013 to February 2017. Earlier roles include Associate at Warner Norcross & Judd LLP, Law Clerk at the US Court of Appeals, and Editor-in-Chief of the Michigan State Law Review. Elinor began a legal career with a Summer Associate position at Warner Norcross & Judd LLP and served as a Summer Law Clerk at Farmworker Legal Services. Elinor's career began as a Grassroots Coordinator at SHARE Foundation. Elinor earned a Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University College of Law (2011) and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, Political Science, and Religion from Hope College (2004).
