Alicia Jenner

Alicia Jenner is a Senior Learning Experience Designer at Michigan State University since September 2020, where contributions include leading academic strategic planning for online education and conducting user research for digital marketing technologies. In the role of Learning Experience Designer at the MSU Hub for Innovation in Learning and Technology, Alicia establishes productive relationships with stakeholders and represents university interests. Previously, at Iowa State University, Alicia served as an Instructional Support Specialist, providing consultative expertise for online coursework, and as an Instructional Design Assistant, developing course structures and multimedia materials. Alicia holds a Master's of Education in Curriculum and Instructional Technology from Iowa State University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Leadership in Education Equity in Higher Education at the University of Colorado Denver.
