Norman Hubbard

Norman Hubbard currently serves as the Senior Associate Vice President of Health Sciences at Michigan State University since September 2022 and has held the position of Chief Business Officer at the Office of Health Sciences, Michigan State University since September 2019. Prior to this, Norman Hubbard was the Executive Vice President at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance from June 1998 to April 2019 and served as the Associate Vice President of Center Affairs at M. D. Anderson Cancer Center from June 1994 to May 1998. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Health Care Administration/Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, obtained between 1987 and 1989, and a BS in Economics from George Mason University, earned from 1978 to 1985.
