David Gibbins

David Gibbins has held various roles in their work experience. David worked at Micrima Limited as a Radar R&D Engineer from September 2017 to October 2018, and as a Project Engineering Manager from November 2018 to present. David also worked at the University of Bristol as an Honorary Senior Research Associate from January 2017 to January 2018, where they were involved in commercializing microwave imaging technology. Additionally, they worked at Toshiba Research Europe Limited as a Senior Research Engineer from March 2012 to November 2016, leading a joint project with the University of Bristol to develop a tomographic microwave imaging system. David also worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Bristol from February 2010 to March 2012, where they focused on R&D into wideband antennas and algorithm development for non-invasive microwave imaging systems.

David Gibbins earned a Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Liverpool, which they attended from 2000 to 2004. David then pursued further education at the University of Bristol, where they received their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from 2005 to 2010.
